At Intense Aroma, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

To initiate a return, please email us at intensearoma@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for any item that has been opened, used, or returned in an unsellable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at intensearoma@outlook.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened fragrances
  • Items returned without prior approval
